Tybouts Corner to I-95 / Christiana Mall
  Description: 6 miles of 4-lane freeway between US-13 at Tybouts Corner and 
  I-95 at DE-7 at the Christiana Mall. This was the Delaware Route 7 Relocation 
  when it was built, and was designated DE-1 when it opened.
  Construction dates: 1987 - 1993.
  Interchanges: I-95, US-40, DE-273, Christiana Mall.
  Openings: 
  -- August 1991 -- Tybouts to Christiana Mall / I-95 Segment Two opens (US-13 to 
  US-40).
  -- November 1991 -- Tybouts to Christiana Mall / I-95 Segment One opens (US-40 to

  Tybouts Corner, inclusive of the C & D Canal Bridge and approaches.
